Not at all. Most of our clients aren't. Just let us know how to access the property (key safe, alarm code, neighbour, or on-site contact) and our team will handle the rest. You'll get a friendly message when we're done.
What about cancellation or rescheduling?
Life happens. As long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice, we're happy to reschedule or cancel free of charge. Inside that window, a small fee may apply because the team's been blocked out for your slot.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes — every clean is fully equipped. We use professional-grade gear and eco-friendly products that are safer for kids, pets, and your floors. If you've got specific products you'd prefer us to use, just say so.
How is payment handled?
Payment is due on completion of each clean. We accept bank transfer, card, and direct debit for recurring clients. You'll always get a clear invoice — no auto-charges or hidden fees.
