Booking & Confirmation
Your quote is valid for 7 days. To secure your booking, a confirmation call or message will follow. All prices include GST.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, card, and direct debit for recurring clients.
Cancellation
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a 50% fee to cover allocated team time.
Access & Safety
You agree to provide safe access to the property. Please secure pets and store away valuables and fragile items prior to our arrival.
Insurance
Busy Hands Cleaning Company holds public liability insurance. Our team are fully trained, vetted, and insured.
Service Adjustments
If the property condition differs significantly from what was described in the quote, we may adjust the price after consultation. We'll always check in with you before any change.
